Leadership and leading is is a journey of continuous growth and evolution. And like most leaders, I initially focused on my own individual tasks and accomplishments, my own self-reflection and learning. It did not take me too long before I recognised the pivotal role of people and organisational management in achieving sustainable success. It is now the focus on my own professional learning.
