Here an idea. It comes from reading about Skype a Viking and thinking about ways to make English learning exciting.
So here’s the idea, the GCSE drama pupils have to learn and prepare to act out a particular role, let’s say Matilda. The English students learn as much as they can from the actors ( experts).
Only, the drama pupils don’t know they’re presenting to English pupils, and the English pupils don’t know they’re learning from the drama pupils? With a little more thought, how about history pupils Skyping War Horse readers? Or…. Any other ideas anyone? Drama colleagues, ideas anyone?
