The annual trip to Farnham Heath End School. Old friends, new friends, presenting and professional learning.
This year’s presentation showcased the research of Dr Luke Eglington and his investigation into Optimal Efficiency Threshold. In search of the sweet-spot most efficient model of questioning and retention. Dr Eglington’s research suggests that we might want to lower failure rates to 20-10%.
Thank you to those colleagues who came to the session and especially those that fed back.
Thank you to Tricia for your excellent organisation and communications, Jack Tavassoly-Marsh and the school for hosting, the presenters who’s sessions I attended and the wider behind-the-scenes team at FHES.
